We want you to love your AEROCHILL fan. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused or minimally used, with original packaging where possible. Items that are heavily damaged through misuse are not eligible.
How to Return
- Email us at support@aerochill.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Send the item back to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping.
